I got this bench as a birthday present two months ago. I am satisfied with it. The supports on the bench are sturdy as weights up to 300 do not appear to cause it any stress. The bench is adjustable down to a decent decline and up to military press position. The padding on the bench much more comfortable than the standard gym equiptment, too. Now the cons. The assembly wasn't difficult, but the instructions could be better. The leg developer isn't great, but I haven't used a leg developer on a home bench that was. The pins to adjust the hieght of the bench and weight supports are spring loaded screws, which lengthens the time it takes to adjust things.
Over all, I am happy with the bench. It is well suited to my needs and so far appears to be well built with high quality metal.

This was my first Bench Press I have ever purchased and it is great. It looks even better in person. The Quality of the metal used, down to the seats are great! My only complaint is that the leg developer is not compatible with Olympic Weights, although it is advertised as an Olympic Bench Press. Also, the parts inside the packaging were not secured very well, and the way I moved the box caused the metal too hit each other, causing some of the main parts to scratch up, so be careful when handling the box. Overall, this is a great quality bench press for the money. I took around 4 hours to assemble with the help of another person. This is a must for any strength trainer.

came packaged nicely and within a week with the free shipping option. I originally 2/5/10 and received by 2/11/10. Easy to assemble but my issue was with the leg adapter. It says olympic style bench but the leg adapter is not in fact it is 1 inch in diameter so I have to purchase cap free weights if I wanna use. Otherwise for the price it's well worth it. Haggle with amazon I got 15% credit due to this issue.
