I love this bench. It suits my needs and works well. If it had one more position between the 1/2 way point and straight up it would be perfect. Since I bought it used at a great price it works for me. Workmanship is better than I thought at first

Can't say enough about the 5.1 bench. It is comfortable and moves into five great positions for all the excercises you need. Don't much care for the dumbbells but love the bench. The best on the market!

nice bench, more than adequate for light use, and probably OK for medium use. Not gym quality or suitable for heavy use (multiple users every day). Still, good bang for the buck!

This bench is very sturdy and would be good for free weight workouts. I bought it to do sit ups and it just doesn't work. The leg hold down brace is positioned awkwardly and because the back support declines but the bottom support doesn't you end up in between the two pieces. Bowflex doesn't offer any optional hold down braces for this bench. I've used much cheaper benches with better results. I bought this one because of the Bowflex name and the ratings about how sturdy the bench was.

This item is of very high quality and the price was very reasonable. I could not have made a better choice.
