This is a terrific bench- much sturdier than the my old flat bench.
Eagle Fitness shipped it double-packed. It came with the tools needed
to assemble it, although a socket wrench might be helpful when tightening
the two largest carriage bolts.
My weight + my barbells is about 500lbs when I bench press. My old bench would
wobble under the load- this bench is rock solid. I love it.
A previous comment asked the bench's dimensions- it's 4ft long, 16.5 inches high.
The two outboard wheels are like those on roller blades, and make moving it about easy.

If you do some research, you will find that most of the bestselling flat benches on Amazon have a max weight rating of 300lbs or less. This is simply unacceptable. If you weight 200lbs and bench over 100lbs you are already exceeding this limit.
For some reason the weight limit of the EF-7602 is not listed in Amazon's description or features list, but it is 600lbs (including both person and weights). It also lists the frame as being 14 gauge steel, when it is actually a much thicker 11 gauge.
This item shipped for free and arrived in just a few days. A soon as I opened the box I knew it was going to be extremely sturdy. The padding is three inches thick and is dense enough that I know it will support me on my heaviest presses. At 53lbs, it is a fairly heavy piece of equipment, but the wheels make it very easy to roll under my power rack when I need it.
