Good, solid bench. It is sturdy and it is long. Sufficient padding. I use this for dumbbell workouts and leg press/curls. It is a tall bench but any bench with a leg press attachment is going to need to be. The only thing missing on this bench is handles on the side but I can make do. It did not come with an Olympic weight adapter for the leg attachment. Easy to understand instructions and assembly if you have any ability at all. I wanted a FID bench with leg press/curl and this fits the bill as good as any could.

Got this bench for my birthday recently (from another online source). It is well built unlike the typical department store bench. The leg extension/curl attachment is height adjustable and has bushings in the pivot for smooth action. Even though it is sturdy, it's not overly heavy. I can pick it up and move it around easily. All parts came in the large box and were easily assembled. Yukon Fitness is great to deal with. I called them about an uneven seat pad and they sent me a new one no questions asked!
One product improvement suggestion: The seat pad should be longer to give more support behind the knees when doing leg extensions.
