I'm 17, 5'9 and 153 pounds. I want to try and build some muscle so I'm wondering if there are any dumbbell exercises I can do to help.

yes do militarys where ur sitting down and raise it above your head, also like incline, decline and flat bench press with them as well as flys where ur lying down on a bench and move your arms to the side and back straight up
