I bought a 15kg Dumbbell set. How frequently will I need to use these in order to build up my biceps? In addition, what's the minimum amount of time I should spend for each "session" in order to notice any difference?
My objective is simply to achieve a noticeable increase in the size of my biceps.
Cheers

a good bicep workout can go by in 15 minutes. I say load up as much weight on one dumbell as you can whilst still being able to do 4 - 6 reps on one arm in a row. Do five sets of that, and on the last set, force yourself to do 3 more reps than you can. Use your opposite hand to spot the dumbell up if you get stuck.
That should work nicely, IF you already have some experience working out. If you're just starting, that workout may do more harm than good.
If you're just starting out
Try 3 sets of 8 - 10 reps. Use both dumbells and alternate curls, doing 8 - 10 each arm, instead of 8 - 10 in total (4 - 5 each arm). This will not hugely increase size, but it will tone you and at least get your muscles used to resistance training.
well, im not an expert, but probably every other day, see, when you workout your muscles, they build up lactic acid inside, and when you work them out, you are basically "tearing apart" muscle fibers, so giving them a day to heal up is good. hope this helps
