Hi how many dumbbell curls should i do and how many sets? also how long will it take to see some changes? ive been doing some dumbbell curls and the next day my arm muscles are sore is this because its getting stronger or am i doing it wrong?

That means your doing it right. You should not do them everyday, you should take a day for your muscles to rest and repair. If you want to build muscle fast then you should get really heavy weights and only do like 4 sets of 5 or whatever you can do. If you want to just get fit then use a lighter weight and do alot of curls.

yes you are doing it wrong.
at beginning you should do it little and slowly increase to reduce over stress on the muscles..........
Bulk 7-10 sets of 7 of heavy weights
Detail 10-15 sets of 15 of lighter weights
Sore is normal. Slow and correct form is best
