How Many Sets Of Dumbbell Curls Should I Do To Grow Bigger Bicep?

I want to grow up bigger bicep.I have two 20 pounds of dumbbell and I do 20 reps of 8 sets of dumbbell curls three days a week,am I over training please suggest me.

    hello you are over training and overloading your muscles.
    please know and try some real factors to grow ur muscle.
    do ur training twice a week. only because muscle only grow in rest period
    increase ur weight and do a rep by 12,10,8(after warm up)
    use compound exercise with chest or shoulder like larger muscle group.
    these are the real facts.i did not explain this if do it goes a lang para.
    try some good free websites to learn.

    you need more weight if you have a ez curl bar do 21's don't just do standing curls do different type like hammer.

    You need to add weight, 3 sets of 10 reps. when you can do this add more weight
