i have only 1 dumbbell and i’m getting bored with push up exercise , so can i do one arm dumbbell press? can i lie on my flooor too becoz i dun have any bench and the most important is that does it has some disadvantage like one chest is bigger than others , LOL.







Hi if you can take the dumbbell apart and hold the two round discs then lying on the floor or bed with arms out to the sides and straight up in front and back out to the side will be better for you.
you can do whatever you want. exercise both sides of the body equally.
