As of now I only have one 15 pound dumbbell, what exercises or techniques can I use to get the most out of it? If there are any other good ways to strengthen arms or biceps without the use of equipment, that would be appreciated as well.

As of now I only have one 15 pound dumbbell, what exercises or techniques can I use to get the most out of it? If there are any other good ways to strengthen arms or biceps without the use of equipment, that would be appreciated as well.

Feet apart, legs slightly bent at the knees and then take the weight and put it straight out in front of you and make giant ABCs in the air in front of you with it. You will tone your core and your arms etc. When you can get thru the entire alphabet just do it again. Your arms and core will be in great shape with this exercise.
