Weightlifting Programs – Attention!

Have you ever seen the word "those who can not, and those who do not teach"? Thanks to the Internet, which must be "revised those who can do it, not sell what you do not." I do not rant often, but sometimes things must be said.

I spend so much time surfing the net like everyone else. If you have a site, like me, for me, my visitors by providing practical information as I can. What I would like all web searches. AfterThis (like the "famous" guru has done) and, as long as I do, I know, hype and hyperbole, if I read them. And I only kill for control of a site as promising that only a Flash site for a "who" is guru of bodybuilding weightlifting programs.

I have no beef with the "guru". This person is what they promote. And "having" I mean, (and me) through the countless hours of trial and error to try to find for them to build something yourself Muscle for the best. After discovering what worked for them and put them on paper and began to sell. Nice. It's the American way. It's very cool and everything they sell is the experience firsthand. But remember, it was not for them (which means it will be) the best way to build muscle.

But Yahoo, the guru of this program and begin selling it is another matter. Even here, my hat to the guy who now has the sale of another man> Weight Lifting Program, has worked for him for others. But I found not only fun, but down the criminal law, that these people do not need to "review" the programs of other nations to know what part of the budget to keep. How do I know that? If they did, design your own program and sell it instead.

And with the "review" what do they do? Reading? Or have they "use" for a while '? Because in this case, of course, will also "work". ALL-routineWant to go "work". Diversity is a part of the muscle. This is the crux of the matter here:

Muscle is not magic.

It should not be sold if it is. It will be sold absolutely not men, and you try to do.
