As of now I only have one 15 pound dumbbell, what exercises or techniques can I use to get the most out of it? If there are any other good ways to strengthen arms or biceps without the use of equipment, that would be appreciated as well.

I already do bicep curls, lifting weights from my shoulders upward, and extending the dumbbell behind me to tighten under my upper arms. Looking for some additional arm exercises to expand my routine.

I know lots of legs, shoulders, arms, and chest dumbbell workouts but not too many for the ones that give you a six pack!
