Hey guys!
I recently bought a dumbbell (15 pounds, only one) and i was lifting it a couple of times. I need to know of couple of exercises to do with it(keep in mind i only have 1). Its a bit heavy too. And i also want to know, if they are effective? I want a very effective workout. Thanks!

Hi I'm 14 years old. Yesterday i was doing 30 lb flies with a dumbbell, after i stopped working out my shoulder was hurting a bit, i wake up this morning its killing me, can someone tell me what to do please? Thank you.

I am 14 years old, 153 cm tall and weight 40 kg. In class everyone is taller and stronger than me. My parents don't let me to go to a gym neither they buy any dumbbell heavier than 2kg or any other devices. All I have are these dumbbells, a stationary bike, a device for abs and wii fit. Can you tell me what to do?

I am 16 and will be 17 in January of 2010. I would like to gain muscle and gain better definition in my upper body. I don't want to use any type of pill or protein bar or anything like that. I would like to know the best exercises to do ( With a dumbbell ) to help me. If using terms like flies or something of the sort, please describe because Idk the different terms for the exercises. I currently do 12 reps on one arm without stopping and then doing the same on the other arm using just one dumbbell. Is that fine or is it better to have two dumbbells and alternate sides after each rep?
