I bought this as I have finished my basement and putting in a gym, complete with a Bodysolid power rack. It took about 2 weeks for delivery. Delivery came on a flatbed truck. It's is a basic set of iron barbell plates. The bar is a 7-foot olympic bar; basic quality (I might upgrade eventually). There are a few sharp spots on the edges of the plates that I need to file. But overall, I think this is a good set of weights at a good price.
